I have had numerous visits the last few months to the dealership because of my car and Rob was always extremely helpful in finding out what was going on and helping me to understand everything. Warranty item The problem was originally discovered while my car was in for oil/lube & tire rotation at the Lineville location. The service employees promised a one The problem was originally discovered while my car was in for oil/lube & tire rotation at the Lineville location. The service employees promised a one hour fix. The only problem was that I had to go to the dealership to get the warranty item fixed. The car was done in 59 minutes. Very personable employees that care about the customer. More

Warrenty Work We took our 2017 Ford Expedition in for warranty work and Rob was very helpful, he kept us up to date with everything that was going on with the work, We took our 2017 Ford Expedition in for warranty work and Rob was very helpful, he kept us up to date with everything that was going on with the work, and explained what the problem was. He also helped coordinate picking up the vehicle at my wife's work the next day when the vehicle needed a second look at a different issue. He was very easy to work with. More
