Service Center I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dorsch Ford. I came in on a Saturday in a panic because my vehicle kept clunking out and the A I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dorsch Ford. I came in on a Saturday in a panic because my vehicle kept clunking out and the AWD off light came on along with the wrench. They told me because they were busy and had a full schedule it was possible it wouldn’t get fixed that day but on Monday. Rob assured me they would try their hardest to get it fixed. Much to my surprise I got a call 2 hours later telling me my car was ready for pick up. The service from start to finish was amazing! I will definitely be back! More

Excellent Dealership I purchased my vehicle from Dorsch & took it in for required repairs. The customer lounge is very comfortable with tv's, complimentary beverages & po I purchased my vehicle from Dorsch & took it in for required repairs. The customer lounge is very comfortable with tv's, complimentary beverages & popcorn. The repairs were done in the time they told me when I dropped my vehicle off. The service technician, Rob Brosig, was very friendly when my work was done & escorted me up to the desk to check out. More

In my 70yrs, Dorsch is the Best dealership I've ever experie I moved to Green Bay two years ago. I drive a Kia Optima. I've never experienced such excellent service in my life. Great customer service I have had wonderful customer service at every visit here for service. I have worked with Rob Brosig twice now and he has always been cutesous and k I have had wonderful customer service at every visit here for service. I have worked with Rob Brosig twice now and he has always been cutesous and kind. I had unexpected car troubles this week and Rob took good care of me and helped to get my service accommodated sooner. With two young boys at home I am super thankful to have my car fixed quickly and be back on the road safe. Rob takes the time to know you and explain everything for you to understand. I would recommend the dealership and everyone to visit Rob there. He was a delight to work with, thank you very much! More
