EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE - Susan Rob Carlson was amazing from start to finish. My not so brilliant driver put gasoline into a diesel engine (major no no) caused significant damage. I Rob Carlson was amazing from start to finish. My not so brilliant driver put gasoline into a diesel engine (major no no) caused significant damage. I had the vehicle towed to RallyE Motors and Rob was kind enough to follow up and help us through the insurance process. The damage was promptly assessed and a estimate was provided. He helped to make sure that the insurance claim was processed quickly and without headaches. The work done by the service department was top notch and our vehicle was ready ahead of time. RallyE + Rob were kind enough to accommodate us and let us pick it up later than expected due to the snow storm that hit NYC. To anyone with a Mercedes, RallyE Motors is the place to go and Rob Carlson is the person to ask for. Amazing service and impeccable work. Can't ask for anything better. P.S. Rob really cares about his clients. He even sent a follow up email a week or so later to make sure everything was working ok. This is the kind of customer service that earns a business lifelong customers. More

Robert Carlson I had a flat tire one evening and drove to the dealership very early to following morning to get it fixed.
