This is the third vehicle that I purchased from Colonial Ford, and the third time working with Silvio, as well. The sales process was smooth and the pricing was fair. The service writers are doing their best BUT, after one week (I know two major holidays) car is not fixed. I am very concerned about the cost of this repair that they are unable to find. It was "fixed" a week (I know two major holidays) car is not fixed. I am very concerned about the cost of this repair that they are unable to find. It was "fixed" already for $400 - only to break down again immediately. Communication could be better. More
