State to state move - needed a good quality dealership I came across Auto Wholesale online through Trucar. I would not be in town to test drive or look over the car. I needed a dealer who was reliable and I came across Auto Wholesale online through Trucar. I would not be in town to test drive or look over the car. I needed a dealer who was reliable and be truthful with an out-of-stater like me. I sent an email of interest and was immediately called by Mr. Curtis. He agreed to go the extra mile and pick me up at the airport with the car and was more than helpful with the paperwork. I love the car. All the info online was truthful and NO surprises. I would recommend this dealership to anyone coming in from out of state looking for a reliable dealer AND vehicle! More

My experience with you during the purchase of my equinox was I enjoyed working with Rob during my trade down....the experience with most of the staff was professional and friendly till the end when i had request I enjoyed working with Rob during my trade down....the experience with most of the staff was professional and friendly till the end when i had requested the remaining portion of my money be paid in two cks at which time the lady cutting the cks caught an attitude with Rob and myself. She was very rude and her attitude was horrible....she needs to learn the meaning of customer service. I will have to think long and hard about recommending my friends or family to deal with the dealership due to her very rude behavior. More
