Service was not completed and staff unwilling to offer any remedy. I asked to speak to the service manager who refused to come out to meet with me and explain the situation. I was told by the service rep that the manager stated that I did not buy the vehicle at Metro so he did not see the need to make any accommodations for the error. I told Rob the manager is welcome to call me to discuss my position on the issue and have not heard anything to date. Rob was as accommodating as possible but it appeared he was held back by the manager. If the owner wishes to reach out to me I am happy to discuss. As an aside, Mike in parts was just lovely to deal with. I hesitate to do business with Metro, but if I need anything parts related I will happily seek help from Mike. More
