I scheduled an appointment a month ago. Arrived at my appointment, waited 45 minutes to be told they didn’t have the cards for the recall. They never called to reschedule when they got the cards. I called to reschedule for 10 am. They called the day before to change to 9:45 am. We arrived promptly. Waited in line until after 10. I received a phone call at 10:05 asking where I was for my appointment, I said my son is in line waiting to get in. Not sure why they changed my appointment to 9:45 when I didn’t get checked in until 10:15. They said my car should be ready around 1:30. We never heard from them, so I started calling at 3 PM. I was disconnected 3 times & waited on hold for 10 minutes twice, even tried calling sales, they just transferred me to service & I still couldn’t get anyone on the phone to find out if my car was ready. After I was on the phone for half hour getting more and more frustrated they finally called at 3:45 to tell me my car was ready. When I questioned what was going on & what the problem was, I received an apology, but not an explanation. Then she told me to calm down. Millenium service was much better unde4 previous ownership. I bought 4 vehicles through them, now I would look elsewhere due to the service. More
