They charged me OVER $1000, claimed they fixed the problem, and told me my car was fixed. Immediately after I left, the exact same issue happened again. The engine lost power, and the car couldn’t go faster than about 10 mph. I took it to another repair shop, and they told me the original dealership never fixed the actual engine problem. I asked for a refund, and they refused. I have photos, receipts, and documentation from the second repair shop showing the vehicle was not properly repaired. I was mysteriously charged an additional $359 for service on a day that I was not even at the service center!
