"Great experience for the second time"
This is my second purchase in a year. It's a beautiful, huge dealership, and both my deals went smoothly. I traded in my previously new Wrangler for a slightly used RAM because I wanted something else. I got the prices I wanted and the truck I needed.

It was a pleasurable and fun experience working with Jay and his team. The process from sitting down and ordering a custom 2020 Jeep Wrangler / Sahara with Jay Ganzi, to adding custom tires, wheel, running boards, dashboard, and all custom leather interior with Rob Gable after the Jeep was received at Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram good not have been easier.
Paige gave me a good overview of the Jeep options and has stayed in touch with me to answer my questions as I continue to learn all the new features.

"make ya fix everything but the problem"
Well, I spent over $800.00 this time, after over $1,200.00, last time just in May, and STILL having the same problem of a rumble vibration when driving 40 - 60 mph...typical dealer service, can't fix a problem without fixing everything else at high cost before LOOKING at the problem your vehicle is experiencing, then tell you, pay more and they will keep testing!
And by the way, I replaced the sensors you said need to be replaced before you could do more looking, rumble vibration still there! Cost another $150.00...
And this is the 2nd Chrysler Service center that couldn't find the fix for the rumble vibration within the last year, Labelle Chrysler was first, and they too, wanted everything else replaced before they could work toward maybe fixing the problem! Well over $3,000.00 of my investment into new parts, 2 rebuild/replacements of transmissions by the dealers, and still vibration problem that wasn't there in the first 130,000 miles.
Everything else is replaced! My 2010 4.0 Town & Country van, not such good deal anymore. Making me look at other brands, and I'm a life time Chrysler guy...
Thanks Chrysler, if it is the flex plate...2 transmission jobs should have fixed that!
"Run far away"
Stay away from service. They can’t fix a simple issue in fact they make it worse and cause new ones and will not accept liability. Management doesn’t contact you either. Instead they try and “sell” you a car like they’re doing you a favor. RUN
