Alot of the service dept are snotty and rude. Obviously not the technicians...as I don't get to see them . But the person who meets u at the car and some of the guys when u check out to pay. I had gone to get an oil change for my Camry. The service department informed me that I was also due for a tire rotation and performed both services without any charge as I had bought a new used car from the department informed me that I was also due for a tire rotation and performed both services without any charge as I had bought a new used car from them (I had forgotten that these services were free for a time on recently purchased vehicles). The service was fast and efficient (and with a free car wash!) and I really appreciate their professionalism. More
