Very depersonalized. I was texted only for communication that needed authorization to be done. I didn't notice the text for quite a while. They know I was waiting. Charged me for the tire rotation which was to be covered under Toyota Care. Why didn't they know? I always have great service when I bring my car in for any kind of inspection. I sometimes don't like the wait time that occurs.
