Second lease experience My lease was ending soon and I had been receiving regular communication from Steve about my lease end options. After looking at the newer RAV4 the Corolla and the Camry and all of the different leasing and buying options available, I decided to lease the 2017 Toyota Corolla. I am very happy and confident with this decision, and it is going to decrease my monthly payments. The financing was very simple and to the point and Spencer did a great job on showing me how to navigate through some of the new features. Mau from detailing, who is a close friend, came out to greet me and congratulate me on my new car. I look forward to getting it serviced and detailed at Toyota soon. I will continue to give Steve referrals as they come! More

I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted but knew what features were "must haves" for my new vehicle and Bob got me into a vehicle I love and ended up leasing that day. He didn't pressure me at all and I truly appreciated that, as car shopping can be an intimidating experience. I felt that Bob was treating me like an old friend, giving me recommendations about what would be good for ME. He also took time to explain the details of the lease and helped me stay on budget. Rob Hutt helped me with all of the paperwork and made sure I understood everything too. All around, it was a great experience and I would recommend this dealer and its car salesman to anyone! More

We were looking for a used car that was still in the process of getting cleaned, and he located the car so we could see it and drive it. Josh was nice, down-to-earth and helpful. We were pleased with how we were treated after purchase as well - working with Rob Hutt to finalize the paperwork. Then a very nice gentleman took us through the car - explaining all the features before we left with the car. Overall it was a great experience, and we're enjoying our new Toyota. More

Low to no eye contact, when I questioned a Gap coverage I hadn't asked for I was told either he'd leave that on so he could make some money or take it off and jack up my rate. Completely unprofessional. When he brought me back up front to wait for Steve, the receptionist asked how his day was. He said, within earshot of me, that he hadn't had any good deals that day and complained about his customers so far. I was standing right there. I may never go back to the dealership just to avoid him. More
