Extremely Happy!! Last year we bought a used car w/Bob and everything went perfect. This year, we decided we wanted to upgrade to a bigger SUV. We had our eye on the Hi Last year we bought a used car w/Bob and everything went perfect. This year, we decided we wanted to upgrade to a bigger SUV. We had our eye on the Highlander and Bob was able to narrow it down to the model and exact color (interior and exterior) we wanted. My work schedule is crazy so I was there pretty late. The first night we test drove the car and decided it's the one we wanted so Bob even stayed late with us to finish all the paper work. The next day he was off, but even offered to come in on his day off the help me w/other paper work we needed to fill out. The next night, I wasn't in until 7:15 - but we were in and out with our brand new Highlander within 45 minutes! Yes, the overall process was spread across a matter of 3 days, but with my time being limited - they were very understanding. We are so happy with our purchase! And we owe a big thanks to Bob Link, Rob Hutt, and Spencer Stover! More

He was outstanding in every respect and made it more than worth our time and effort to make a 10 hr round trip to complete the purchase of the vehicle. Once at the dealership we were greeted graciously by Shane, shown our new vehicle and then introduced to Rob Hutt who went over and expediently completed the transaction. From there we went to customer service where we were given a detailed overview of the features and functions of the Tacoma. The whole process was probably one of the best and smoothest car buying experiences I have encountered and I commend the dealership for the quality of its' employees and its customer service. More
