I work hard to provide excellent service to those in my care and those I serve. Honestly, I have set my personal bar high in that regard quite simply because I believe it matters. I had a recent experience through buying my 2012 Toyota Highlander that was outstanding. There were delays in the expected delivery of my vehicle through no fault of the sales representative, and through even the moments of my frustration, Mr. Rob Hutt was outstanding in his commitment to excellence and to service to me as a customer. He delivered on every promise, kept me informed. He flexed his schedule to accommodate me. He followed up, answered questions through our negotiations, even on his off time. There is excellence and then there is that place beyond excellence in the sense of service to others. Rob, I want to say thank you.
