We came into the dealership to buy a new Toyota Corrola. We needed one right away so we were willing to settle on colors and features. At first, we didn't get the price that we wanted, but the next day, Jimmy called us and offered us the price that we wanted, which was only $30/month less than what was offered. That single action is why we bought the car in the first place. The only reason that I did not give a 5 for friendliness was because when we decided to walk away the first day, our salesman was not pleasent. He was not mean, but he did not even shake my hand or give me his card as I walked out. Other than that one part (which killed it for me), he was great. More
