I've always liked this dealership because you DON'T need an appointment for an oil change. Until yesterday, when Robert told me that appointments were now required, which I found very strange, and I had to an appointment for an oil change. Until yesterday, when Robert told me that appointments were now required, which I found very strange, and I had to schedule one for Saturday. But surprise, I called to ask, and someone told me that scheduling wasn't necessary and that they had an appointment available at 3:30 pm today, 12/03/25. When I returned, Robert, the same one who helped me initially, just stared blankly and said, "Yes, I saw you changed your appointment." When I asked him if he had an appointment available today, he said NO. Russ Darrow, please pay attention to this. I really hate being lied to, and if your workers don't want to work, send them home or at least train them on how your system works because apparently they don't know. More

Our vehicle was towed to Russ Darrow CDJR because a different dealership incorrectly did an oil change on our new vehicle. Darrow CDJR was able to get our vehicle in for service immediately and fix th different dealership incorrectly did an oil change on our new vehicle. Darrow CDJR was able to get our vehicle in for service immediately and fix the problem the other dealership failed at. Thank you Darrow CDJR service department. You get 10 Gold stars! More
