I have been in the business for 8 years, all with Heritage Toyota. Every year I have had the privilege of being recognized by Toyotas National Sales Society for Superior Sales performance. I firmly believe the customer should have a seamless, transparent shopping experience with no pressure. My customers always have full control of the process from start to finish. Away from the dealership I'm a father of 3 girls and a Certified Foster Parent. We have been very fortunate to adopt 2 of our 3 girls through the program. My passions consist of cheering my older girls on from the sidelines of soccer fields or the gymnastics arena. When the time permits (and with my wife's permission), you can find me on the golf course or on the mountain as well.

Frankie and those at Heritage Toyota made my first experience buying a car wonderful. Frankie listened to all of my questions and concerns about buying a new car, giving me all the information I neede experience buying a car wonderful. He provided me with multiple options for a RAV4 in order to best fit my needs and budget. Throughout the whole process, I always felt that Frankie had my best interests at heart when giving me recommendations and information about new incoming vehicles. My RAV arrived at Heritage much earlier than expected, and, despite this surprise, Frankie kept me informed and up to date so that I could get my car before the long holiday weekend. I also want to say thank you to Rob Ploof for walking me through each part of the contract and staying far after closing time to finish my purchase. I love my new RAV4, and I would happily purchase from Heritage and work with Frankie again! More

This is our 3rd vehicle (my first) either purchased or leased from Heritage Toyota. I am a lifelong GM guy who has moved to Toyota for not only the quality of the vehicles but more importantly, for the c leased from Heritage Toyota. Daniel Pasco assisted me in finding the right vehicle to replace my vehicle that was totaled in the flood on 7-11-23. Christine Donahue put together the deal that worked best for us and I never felt any sales type of pressure from anyone at Heritage. Let us not forget to mention Rob Ploof. His hard work and ability to nurture customers especially after the sale is what keeps Heritage fresh in our minds. More

It was a pleasure to work with Billy Burke and the whole Heritage team. I described my wants and needs and Billy came up with what I feel is the perfect car for me.
