Throughout the whole process, I always felt that Frankie had my best interests at heart when giving me recommendations and information about new incoming vehicles. My RAV arrived at Heritage much earlier than expected, and, despite this surprise, Frankie kept me informed and up to date so that I could get my car before the long holiday weekend. I also want to say thank you to Rob Ploof for walking me through each part of the contract and staying far after closing time to finish my purchase.
