After a decent sales experience it seems interest in customer service has fallen off a cliff. The service department is great so long as you have no questions. At that point confusion reigns. In addition to a general lack of expertise with both of my vehicles the surliness exhibited by the desk employee is very off putting. I had a few dealings with issues with the parts department and the service department and each time Interstate Ford stepped up and went above and beyond to resolve my issues and take care of my vehicles.
