Displeased with customer service. Dealer has lack of knowledge about GM incentives and did not know about 0% finance available or not for 2016 carryover model Cadillacs.I spent allot o Dealer has lack of knowledge about GM incentives and did not know about 0% finance available or not for 2016 carryover model Cadillacs.I spent allot of my precious time discussing the 0% for 72 months with the salesman and dealership owner and finance Mgr and all agreed 9% for 72months was available for the 2016 xts. The next day the dealership finance Mgr informed me that 0% was not available. The dealership owner did nothing to help and save the sale. I am very displeased with this dealer and will not buy from them. More
