I was looking forward to upgrading my car after holding out for a few years and Emich had been my go-to for auto repairs in Denver so I decided to give them a go for sales. The website had a lot of great options which let me do research before going, and then there everyone was super helpful and walked me through options to find the best fit for me at the price I was hoping for. Aaron was particularly helpful in both finding the right car and helping me to get a price that fit my budget. My only complaint was that the financing stage became a push for warrantees I said I didn't want and they kept "trying different things to get better rates" and whatnot until they eventually got a monthly payment aligned with what I wanted (and was offered at the sales stage), but for two more years, which ultimately meant significantly more overall. It IS a good warrantee, so I took it but I'm going to resent the extra two years I'm paying on this car now and wish I had been more firm in not wanting that warrantee. More
