I went to Emich with my two kids to purchase a new Kia Telluride. Tony was from the beginning very engaged in the process. Even before the car arrived we were in regular contact about the ETA. He made sure that all necessary pre-work was done before I came to the dealership in order of a fast process. He made sure that I’m satisfied with the car, understand all the features and functions and he worked closely with other departments to optimize my experience and maximize the time in the store. Even after my purchase he reaches out regularly to check in and to make sure all my questions are answered. I can highly recommend Tony. More
