Great Service! Staff is friendly. How ever I'm still not happy with my 2018 Acura MDX. The tramission has given me problems since I've had it going on 2 years now. Staff is friendly. How ever I'm still not happy with my 2018 Acura MDX. The tramission has given me problems since I've had it going on 2 years now. It upshifts and down shifts hard. I've had it flushed and serviced still does the same. I wish I would have known these had tramission problems beforehand. I like the car but owe too kuch money for the way it drives. I feel like I ate a xxxx sandwich in the end. More

Disappointing, came in for service A1 & 2 and included in my boill was a charge for $89.00 for an inspection i did not ask for. Never paid before for an inspection during an oil change. Jessica Torres was fantastic. Explained what needed to be done and was clear of the cost. She didn’t pressure me into any decisions. That was much appreciated. Rob Young was excellent in scheduling our car and making sure we got it back when promised as it was a 45 minute drive each way. Thank you. More

I scheduled my vehicle for air not working, cracked windshield, and new brakes. When I arrived, I waited by my vehicle to be checked in. Wile me and another party waited, to other vehicles pulled up, t windshield, and new brakes. When I arrived, I waited by my vehicle to be checked in. Wile me and another party waited, to other vehicles pulled up, the drivers when into the building and came out with a service agent. I was bumped twice like this. When we called for status, we spoke to Ron who advised us that regal was not going to fix my windshield with no explanation on why it couldn’t be done, just that it was missed at check in and never done. That I needed to call my insurance to schedule again. This is wile my vehicle is still in being serviced. Every time I tried reaching out to Ron, his phone went to voicemail. He never returned any of our voicemails. I still have my text with regal from Ron for service updates and questions. No one from regal ever responded to me. 2 days after getting my vehicle back, my air conditioning stops working again. This has been the worst service I’ve ever experienced. More
