Robert was quickly able to understand our requirements for a car. He was able to find us just the car that we need. Car's features were explained then we test drove a Sorento EX AWD. I and my lady par for a car. He was able to find us just the car that we need. Car's features were explained then we test drove a Sorento EX AWD. I and my lady partner fell in love with the car except it was a bit expensive for us. Robert was able to get us a reasonable discount thru his Sales Manager Lance ( who was equally accomodating). There was no pressure whatsoever. It took us couple of days to decide. On the day of delivery; Robert was prepared….forms were explained and filled out quickly. The car was already prepped before we came in. Robert suggested one more ride to explain important functions of the car to us. I in my partner were impressed by Robert knowledge of the car, his easy effective communication and his helpfulness even after we bought the car. Lokey Kia (Clearwater, Fl) should be glad they got A First Rate Saleseman in their staff. If it were not for the Unprofessional, hostile (without provocation!) experience With the finance manager (PERNELL HARRIGIN)……..the entire experience with a first class dealership would have an exemplary one. Always a great experience. We leased a Sedona a few years ago, then a Telluride. We just purchased the Telluride when the lease expired.
