I have been buying cars for many years. It is never a great process, but my time buying a new Kia Niro Touring from Lokey Kia was perhaps the best overall experience ever. Upon arriving workers at desk seemed uninterested in checking me in for my appointment. They were so busy playing on their phones. I am not 100% sure oil change was actually done as it did not look like checking me in for my appointment. They were so busy playing on their phones. They did not replace service sticker with new mileage, the paperwork I was given did not show that they inspected any part of my vehicle.I was very disappointed More
