The fastest and most enjoyable car purchase I have ever had in my life! They got me an awesome deal with a lower interest rate on a higher limit than my bank was offering me, that even included service and had in my life! We had an awesome experience. From the time we called about a car on the internet, until we walked out with the keys to our ne car, everyone we talked to treated us as though we were the only customers t about a car on the internet, until we walked out with the keys to our ne car, everyone we talked to treated us as though we were the only customers there that day. We got the car we wanted that was more than fair with free oil changes as long as we own the car. And we bought a used car! Guess where our next car is coming from!? We love KIAs some were coming back to Lokey KIA next time we buy a car. More

Go anywhere but Lokey Kia, they will sell you a car (no problem) then you go in to get your new car serviced only to find out Lokey Kia don't & Won't do the work needed, excuse after excuse & theirs nothin problem) then you go in to get your new car serviced only to find out Lokey Kia don't & Won't do the work needed, excuse after excuse & theirs nothing you can do, unless you want to go somewhere else & pay🤑 out of pocket (for something that is suppose to be 💯% covered) or a major recall (new engine). Their certified service tech told me it's totally normal to have No oil on the dip stick😳 (of a 2020 Kia Soul 17000 miles on engine). They Lie ! Save yourself time, money & aggregation & go anywhere else !! I wish someone would have warned me 😞. More

The Service Dept. @ Lokey is terrible, their service tech told me it's totally normal to have no oil on the dip stick😳 of my 2020 Kia Soul 17000 miles on engine. Lokey Kia's Service Dept. will do anything told me it's totally normal to have no oil on the dip stick😳 of my 2020 Kia Soul 17000 miles on engine. Lokey Kia's Service Dept. will do anything to Not do the work needed, even Lie☹️. I will never buy another car from Lokey Kia, save yourself time, money & aggregation & go anywhere else... So I got a new car (6 years of payments) but I have a Service Dept. I don't trust or who refuse to do the work that they are suppose to do😠. I wish someone would have warned me...😞 More

Typical old school dealer. Watch your nickels and dimes. They wanted the sale on the books. Once i got into the box the price increased of course, after i cleaned out my car and had my family waiting a coup They wanted the sale on the books. Once i got into the box the price increased of course, after i cleaned out my car and had my family waiting a couple/few hours. Car had an issue that should have been fixed before delivery, no follow up. They dont GAF. Delivered with 1/4 tank of gas. No major issues, just enough that i would never recommend them. Love the car at least! More
