I’ve been bringing my vehicle there since I purchased it from Lokey Kia and every time they try to perform service on it they don’t do what they say they’re going to do the first time the inspection cover f from Lokey Kia and every time they try to perform service on it they don’t do what they say they’re going to do the first time the inspection cover for the oil filter was missing and they still haven’t replaced it the drivers door panel was faded they were supposed to replace it they didn’t do it and the last time the limited slip differential in the rear of the car is not working correctly and it was written up wrong to where they didn’t even get check it, and when I scheduled the car for service I had to wait a week to get a loaner car and the day we brought the car in they didn’t have a loaner car so why did I wait a week not very good service More
