Great group of people. Had a terrific experience. Usually its management and finance that people have issues with in car buying.... at Lokey Kia - Danny in Management and Jay in finance dept are the best in its management and finance that people have issues with in car buying.... at Lokey Kia - Danny in Management and Jay in finance dept are the best in the industry!!!!!! I am not very happy with the service call for my oil change at Lokey Kia. I was told I had a nail in my tire at the side wall. The service dept said I needed 4 new tires. I told them no, my husband woul change at Lokey Kia. I was told I had a nail in my tire at the side wall. The service dept said I needed 4 new tires. I told them no, my husband would take a look. The nail was present in the tread of the tire. Not the side wall. The car only has 20k miles on it! I don't drive but 5 miles to work. Why would I need 4 new tires? Just because I am a woman going in for service? Give me a break!!! This has happened to 3 other woman that have purchased from your dealership. One of them just happened to be there today!!!! More
