Poor. Just wanted to make a sale ASAP. Double charged me on the dealer fee. I paid a dealer fee when I leased the car and they charged me again when I bought it after the lease. They got me financing through Wells Fargo a secondary lender when I have perfect credit. Received denial letters from several banks stating they rejected me due to no proof of income. Dealership was lazy and couldn't even provide all the information to get me a decent rate. More

He asked to bring back the car and leave it a couple of days. I seeked advice from friendly kia about the issues. And with this being our second new car purchase with Robert I'm certain that he expected our pushback. We left last time after 4 plus hours of barter. This visit only took 5.5 hours start to finish. Maybe my next go round will only take 3 hours LOL. All things considered, Robert and I think Ryan was his name actually did listen and did work with us to get what we wanted. I think everyone was satified in the end although we might have stuck it out for a slightly better deal. I'm happy. 'Nuf said. More
