The service has gotten worse. I had an apportionment and I sat in my car a good 10 or more minutes waiting on a person to check me in they were some standing around helping peopl I had an apportionment and I sat in my car a good 10 or more minutes waiting on a person to check me in they were some standing around helping people, some seating g in there office with now customers,one guy came and told me someone will be with me.My time didn't seem to matter to knowbody but me. I can do better somewhere else. More

Very disappointed dealer ran out of oil and my appointment was 10a.m and my husband had another appointment by 1 and still didn’t get out in time.
