I came in looking for a very specific model and make, and I was not certain that it would be at the dealership. Turns out one was delivered first thing that morning, and Shelley knew exactly where it was. She and a colleague went and pulled it out to make sure I was able to drive it. I am so happy that she took care of me because I got my car that I truly wanted. Mike in finance was excellent having all of my paperwork ready so when I came in for my appointment, I was able to take care of all of my papers quickly and start my new journey with my new vehicle. Robert was also very kind. Anytime I need a new car or I know of someone who is looking for one Shelley is going to be my first recommendation with her kindness and knowledge I was very pleased, and this was a very pleasant experience for me. Robert was very aggressive and rude during our Consultation. We came out to look at a vehicle and knew that the finances would be the biggest conversation piece for us. It's unfortunate that Robert decided to behave that way, especially towards customers. We were open to other options and we were ready to buy. But the way he spoke and presented himself completely turned us off from buying from this dealership. I would never recommend dealing with this sales manager if you decide to come to Arlington Heights Buick dealership. More
