Rough Start - Excellent Outcome My wife and I initially went to Sullivan to look at a 2019 CPO GMC Arcadia which we were told was available and would be pulled up and ready. Upon arrival at the dealership 30 mins. later we were told the vehicle had been sold "20 minutes ago". No call, email or other notification by staff informing us of the status of the vehicle. Needless to say we were both disappointed and more than a little perturbed. Our sales rep, Robert Baturin walked into a perfect storm and handled the situation with professionalism, patience and no pressure. Were it not for Mr. Baturin, we would have turned around and walked out to look elsewhere. More
