Best vehicle buying Experience This is my 6th used car purchase in 24 years and by far the best. I found the vehicle on carfax and sent an inquiry to see if the car was still avail This is my 6th used car purchase in 24 years and by far the best. I found the vehicle on carfax and sent an inquiry to see if the car was still available and what forms of payment they accept. The very first person to contact me was Jenny and she responded within 24 hours. She was able to answer all my questions and made sure the car would be available to test drive later in the afternoon. After 3 buses and a train consisting of 2 hours in transit I could not have been happier to walk in. Four people greeted me with a smile and Robert was one of them. He had already pulled my car up and was waiting for me. He was kind, informative and hospitable. The fresh starbucks coffee made for me was everything after a long journey :) He answered all my questions during the test drive. The breakdown Jenny provided was in Robert's hands and had not changed. There was no up sell of any kind, no trying to convince me to pay in a different way or use my " great" credit for a newer car to finance. He walked me over to Mike (the finance mgr) and Mike was just as friendly and informative. The entire process only took 90 mins! I have since then received followup emails and calls to make sure everything is going well. I am very satisfied with the experience I received during and after I purchased my car. More
