I told dealership when making the appointment and when arriving for the appointment that I would be waiting for it. I arrived as the first customer of the day for a lube and filter change and tire rotatio arriving for the appointment that I would be waiting for it. I arrived as the first customer of the day for a lube and filter change and tire rotation and to fix loose hardware in the lift gate. The vehicle wasn't touched for nearly 2 hours when the car sent a notification to my BlueLink app that the doors were unlocked. The total time I spent at the dealership was 3+ hours. I wasn't informed of the status until I inquired on my own. To be fair, when my car was complete and I was completing the paperwork it was then explained that the dealership was short on technicians that day and Mr. Bradford gifted me the front wiper blades I had requested. I do believe (and hope) this was an anomaly as the service I've received at this location throughout the years has been world class and one of the primary reasons for deciding to purchase this vehicle there. More
