Honda Service Day Had a great Experience, everyone was very courteous. Even had a ride in the courtesy vehicle while we waited. Jerry was super nice. Efficient. Everyone is so nice! LOVE the waiting area. Robert did an excellent job ensuring he understood my issues and concerns. He walked me to the waiting area. I requested a Pilot Brochure...and he w Robert did an excellent job ensuring he understood my issues and concerns. He walked me to the waiting area. I requested a Pilot Brochure...and he went and found one for me. Someone even asked me if they could make me breakfast! Robert understood my concern with the length of time it might take and he moved me through as quick as he could. When it was done, he walked me out to the car and removed the white Honda paper mat. Everyone was polite...efficient and made my experience the best possible. LOVE the new Honda!!! More

Terrible Had 12:00 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Got my car back at 2:30 (yes 2 & half HOURS) with oil changed and tires NOT rotated. Can only imagine how long it would have taken if they rotated tires too. They offered me $5 off. Cant make this stuff up. Will never be back. More

Tire Inspection I took my car in for inspection because a tire would not hold pressure. Turns out a nail had gone into my front passenger tire. Robert explained to me they checked all tires and found the culprit. My experience at Honda of Murfreesboro is always great. The prices are competitive, and the facility is super nice. Additionally, the workers are ready to help and seem happy to do so. More
