Efficient car buying experience Alberto was great. I am not easily impressed but my car buying experience was amazing. He had the car ready for me to test drive on MLK Day and ans Alberto was great. I purchased my car the next day and he had me in and out within 1 .5 hours. Robert the sales manager was fair and honest and Omar the GM was upstanding and forthright. Abiola talked with both of us and quickly understood what we were looking for in both model and price range ! He assisted us in looking at several models and made our selection and purchase virtually faultless. Omar accompanied us personally to the Finance staff and answered all of our questions to our complete satisfaction as we closed the deal, while Abiola was ensuring our new car was prepped and ready to go for us. We were given a complete briefing on our new Maserati and all of the operational aspects of it. Of note also was the fact that Mr Oliver, the service manager was in on his day off but was ready and willing to help us with some questions and purchases for the new car ! All in all, great team effort!! More
