I got everything I can possibly expect from a car sales person: friendliness, knowledge about the car, honesty, and no pressure environment. During the process, I changed my mind and had quite some back and forth on options of the car, color of the car, etc. Amazing, Danny was very patient and friendly throughout. In addition, I enjoyed working with Bob the sales manager and Bill the financial adviser. Outstanding Professional Service My experience with buying a car is analogous to a dental visit requiring extraction of four wisdom teeth. I have purchased at least five new cars over My experience with buying a car is analogous to a dental visit requiring extraction of four wisdom teeth. I have purchased at least five new cars over the past forty-five years with all resulting in the same experience. Four years ago I purchased a new car for my wife as a surprise birthday experience which reaffirmed by belief that the car buying process has not changed over this period. This car purchase has allowed me to believe miracles are possible. In preparation for this experience I mentally and emotionally conditioned myself for what was coming. As usual I performed my research in advance and identified the vehicle that provided the best value for my money. Since we already have three working vehicles I felt no urgency to purchase a new car. Having found a car on-line that met my requirements I prepared for the next step of working with a salesman to finalize the purchase process. I was ready to walk away from negotiations the minute I felt any undue pressure, stress or aggressive sales tactics. I was almost disappointed when none of those negative expectations occurred during my first contact with Danny. In fact I had to follow-up with him after I did not receive a response to my initial chat session. I assumed this was a change in sales tactics and prepared myself for a different approach with the same negative results. The sale was confirmed after only two telephone discussions with Danny on a Friday lasting fifteen minutes each or less. The next day I was at the dealership to finalize the purchase and driving the new car home in less than three hours. It took me longer to finalize my loan approval than it took to close the vehicle purchase. It would have taken less time had the financing representative been available and two other people not making purchases the same day. Mr. Danny Ahn is the most professional and knowledgeable car dealer that I have ever worked with. If I'm ever in the market to purchase a new vehicle there is no question that I will be contacting Danny. I will be more than happy to refer friends and family to Danny for their new car purchases. He is GREAT!!! More

Karifa was able to provide an objective overview, I visited the other car makers and ended back at Alfa Romero and purchased the Stelvio. I had such a great experience I brought my sister in and she also purchased a Stelvio. I am not one to write reviews, but this was such a great experience i wanted to share it. More
