No Games, No Presssure, Above and Beyond Customer Service I was in the market for a new car but was not in a rush to buy. My sister went into the dealership and few days before met with Karifa who she described as polite, fashionable, and professional she was very excited and told me she was going back on the weekend and encouraged me to come with her. I did. I did a test drive of the Stelvio it was fantastic, but, I didn't want to buy the first car I saw since I was in no rust to buy. During the month I went to a few more dealers and came back to Criswell and Karifa because I realize he was warm, personable, has excellent knowledge of his vehicles. I brought my Stelvio and am a happy camper. Karifa did not pressure me, he was easy to work with, He gave me a few pointers and a few small lessons to made sure I knew how to operate the vehicle before I drove off the lot. Due to his expertise , knowledge and personality I highly recommend Criswell Maserati and Karifa to anyone in the market for a new Alfa Romeo you will not be disappointed. I also have to give kudos to Aaron and Robert for their great customer service and professionalism. They also made my experience smooth and pleasant. More

But my husband and I decided to give it one more try. We entered in Criswell dealership and was greeted by many, but one stop to ask what are you looking for and I promise you will leave here will a big smile on your face. Low and behold that's exactly what happened. Karifa was very patient with me and my needs concerning what I was looking for without breaking the bank. He understood so well it was a same day buy. When I came in to finish all of the paperwork, Karifa had me in and out within an hour - and he even came in long before his shift started, which was super helpful. Karifa being such a thorough gentleman even stayed an extra hour after closing on his birthday trying to help us decide the vehicle. He even filled up all the necessary paperwork for us. He made sure to explain all the minute details and features of the Ghibli model that we bought which we would never be able to figure out ourselves. Karifa took such amazing care of us right till the delivery of the vehicle. He is such a warm, caring and friendly person that he became like family to us! Karifa was very pleasant to work with, and I will highly recomme I recently purchased a used 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C from Karifa Mara at Criswell Maserati. Karifa was very pleasant to work with, and I will highly recommend him to my friends and peers. After submitting an Autotrader email about the car, Karifa's email responses were prompt and helpful. He did not call me excessively or attempt to chase me down. As I am really short, he had his service department move the driver's seat in the car so that I could come down and safely test drive it before I arrived. Alfa Romeo 4Cs require manual seat height adjustment, so this gesture was extremely appreciated. The initial price of the car was below my expectations and the buying experience was simple, straightforward, and pleasant. After a brief negotiation, we reached a deal that I felt was mutually beneficial to everyone. I was in and out, in roughly 2 hours end to end. I was traveling to visit family prior to visiting Criswell Maserati, so I had my mother bring me to the dealership. Karifa made it a point to talk with her and entertain her while I was occupied. I really appreciated his willingness here as well. While I didn't interact much with them, Omar and Robert were also very pleasant to speak with when I did chat with them. I negotiated the base deal, came in and had a great test drive and bought the car. Its the small things, like having the car in front, started, had a customer sign on it, etc. Makes you feel special when someone goes out of there way on the details. After purchasing it, they cleaned it up and when I picked it up, it had a giant red bow on it! I was working with James Tan and Robert Buchanan. They both were extremely knowledgeable and made you feel that you were driving something really special. More
