It is a beautiful car and was delivered in pristine condition. My Client Advisor, Robert Chodorowski, is an excellent Advisor. Extremely knowledgeable of BMW's and a pleasure to work with. He was not pushy or demanding. I actually did not purchase the car right away, but drove back, 7 hour drive, a week later, to close the sale. In the week timeframe in between, I had the pleasure of conversing with Karl Alvarez, who is the General Sales Manager. I will have to say that both these individuals interaction with me is why I decided to buy this particular vehicle. They were both just great to work with. There were a few snags in finalizing the CPO verification of this vehicle but Scott Douglas, in Finance has worked it all out and I am a happy camper. This is my 8th BMW and my 5th Z4, and I would definitely purchase from Ferman BMW again.
