EXCELLENT SERVICE Robert Cicero has been our service advisor for years. He is very nice and very honest in recommending what needs to be done to our Buick. He only does Robert Cicero has been our service advisor for years. He is very nice and very honest in recommending what needs to be done to our Buick. He only does what needs to be done to keep our Buick running smoothly and safely. He clearly explains everything in advance. He will also explain what might need attention later on, If we ever have a noise or concern, Robert will have it investigated until he finds out exactly what is causing it and if it needs immediate attention or if it can wait until our next service visit.. Sam, the mechanic that worked on our car this time, was so nice in making sure everything was done correctly. He even had me go with him on the test drive after the service to explain everything. I will request Sam the next time we need service. We thank Robert and Sam for taking care of our Buick and making sure that our family can safely travel in it with confidence. More

Safety over Speed! The oil change was free and I assume done correctly, however, the tire pressure was not filled to spec @ 35 psi it was only @ 32-33 psi. Also I ordered floor liners and they installed them incorrectly by not removing the carpet ones underneath and properly securing the liners and charged my $26+ to do so! A safety issue IMO which I now have to fix! More
