Nov. 2019 Had a problem with the a/c in my 2015 Buick Encore. While it did take nearly a month to get the part, GM made a major adjustment in the normal cost o Had a problem with the a/c in my 2015 Buick Encore. While it did take nearly a month to get the part, GM made a major adjustment in the normal cost of this repair. The party was delayed due to the strike and nobody wins in a strike. Fortunately the weather took a turn downward so the inconvenience of not having the a/c was minimual. Once the part was in the repair was done promptly. Thanks to Robert Circero and everyone else at Orange Buick. More
