Just had another A++ experience - my service, rep, Robert, went above and beyond with a house call of sorts. Hybrid was tethered to its charging station in downtown OP. After attempting to walk me t Robert, went above and beyond with a house call of sorts. Hybrid was tethered to its charging station in downtown OP. Quick, helpful service I needed a new battery, and they were able to fit me in within 30 minutes of me calling (and performed an oil change while they were at it).
