A Favorable Experieince Our sales person, Jimmy Hanson, was very helpful during our recent purchase of a V-90 wagon. Jimmy is a good listener, with a professional attitude w Our sales person, Jimmy Hanson, was very helpful during our recent purchase of a V-90 wagon. Jimmy is a good listener, with a professional attitude who knows what turns off customers during the car buying process. He avoided all the turn offs and answered all of our questions. On the day we picked up our new car, one of the sets of keys was missing. He apologized and said they usually turn up the next day, which they did. He contacted me at home and asked when it would be convenient for him to deliver the keys to our home. He delivered them as agreed and then stayed 45 minutes (after his workday) to go over some of the complicated features of the car. Before leaving he once again said give me a call anytime for assistance/questions about the vehicle. He seemed very interested to make sure we were completely satisfied with Autobarn Volvo of Oak Park. More
