We were in the market for a SUV and decided on a 23 Chevy Blazer RS. We spent a couple of weeks shopping several dealers and after narrowing it down and we went with Ferman Chevy in Tampa, FL due to them cru Blazer RS. We spent a couple of weeks shopping several dealers and after narrowing it down and we went with Ferman Chevy in Tampa, FL due to them crushing the lowest lease quote we had gotten and the way we were treated by their team from start to finish and we appreciate sales mgrs. Laura Sanchez and Rob Crowley closing the deal. We had an INCREDIBLE sales rep Rebecca Wilson who was on point from the beginning making sure she got all info/questions we had quickly answered to close the deal and my wife nicknamed Ms Rebecca our CHEVY DIVA. We live in North Florida so Dominick Lauriano our finance mgr. set us up on DocuSign so we could sign pre delivery given our situation. I flew in to take delivery and our Chevy Diva had Jose Cuellar pick me up and he was on time and made sure he got me to the dealership safe and secure. The delivery was one of the quickest smoothest transitions I had to get back on the road as I had a four plus hour drive home. We LOVE our SUV daughter Kayleigh and yes we name our vehicles lol she is AMAZING!!! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give Ms Rebecca our Chevy Diva the opportunity to beat your best deal as she did for us as we will now give her that chance on any of our or family/friends future auto needs.... Every time we visited the dealer and attempted to make a deal the requirements changed. Today we planned to order a 3500 CC LB DRW LT truck that we priced thru GM family first site. The dealer requested to deal the requirements changed. Today we planned to order a 3500 CC LB DRW LT truck that we priced thru GM family first site. The dealer requested to do a credit check to place the order for a truck that will not arrive for 6 months. On we question the reason and express concerns about the impact on our credit without a purchase they informed us that we would need to put a 2500 non-refundable deposit. Initially, they requested a 500 refundable deposit. Grace L - was our salesperson, we worked with her because on our initial visit a couple of months ago she was well informed and eager to help. We even sold out of one of our vehicles on a separate ocasión in preparation for this order. Today was much different, almost appeared as if she was too busy to deal with us. Robert C, the sales manager on our visit today was the person to deliver the news. Claiming that Mr Ferman informed them that any Silverado order would require a 2500 non-refundable deposit because GM indicated to the owner that if a customer ordered a vehicle that is not purchased by the customer that ordered the dealership would lose 3 of their allocations. After 3 months of engaging with them, we are disappointed with the level that sales teams would go to take advantage of their customers. I have been able to locate any reference to the warning letter GM issued to their dealerships regarding orders and allocations. More
