Anyone who knows me, knows car problems stress me out. Since I met Bob and the team at Circle it is a non issue. Every time I have called for regular service or an issue, like a bolt in my tire, the response is always “no problem, come on in in and we will take a look at it for you”. And when I say thank you the response is always “ my pleasure”. This takes the angst out of the repair process. On the rare occasion I have had issues with one of my cars, Bob has always taken the time to take me through the problem and the course of action. I love dealing with Bob and the entire group in service. I saw them again today for the first time in a year and it’s like visiting with friends. What Bob doesn’t know is I actually moved to CT and still drive down for service. And when this lease is up I will come back to purchase the next one because if the exceptional service Bob D and the Circle team provide. More
