By far the best Volvo dealership in Chicagoland! It was definitely one of the smoothest and easiest car buying experiences I have had. Knowingly sold brand new car with damaged paint on hood without disclosing it. Follow up from Sales and Management was poor. Service experience with Robert Fellows was excellent. Robert Fellows has always looked out for our best interests. This is not exclusive to us I witnessed his taking great care with two other clients. Both were older and female.
