I had a great experience working with the team at Corwin Honda. Everyone was professional, respectful, and very helpful throughout the process. They were responsive and willing to look into concerns and make sure things were checked properly, which gave me more confidence in the vehicle. Overall, a solid customer service and service department experience. I would definitely recommend them to others. More

I had a very disappointing experience with Corwin Honda. I first purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and within just 2 days the vehicle started having serious transmission problems. The dealership attempted to re I first purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and within just 2 days the vehicle started having serious transmission problems. The dealership attempted to repair it, but the same issue continued for over a month, causing a great deal of stress and inconvenience. Eventually, they agreed to take the Nissan back and sold me a Subaru Crosstrek instead. Unfortunately, less than two weeks later, I found out the Subaru now needs around $5,000 in repairs for issues that should have been caught during inspection or disclosed before the sale. While Mateo and Quincy were involved in the process, the overall experience left me feeling like the vehicles were not properly inspected and that I was repeatedly sold cars with major mechanical problems. Buying a vehicle should come with confidence and peace of mind, not immediate repair bills and ongoing frustration. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience and would strongly encourage others to have any vehicle thoroughly inspected independently before purchasing. More

We had come from a long way to Colorado Springs with just the hope of looking at the vehicle. These gentlemen were patient and helped me and my mother through the whole process and in the end, I was able to the hope of looking at the vehicle. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with my initial experience at Corwin Honda. If the rating system allowed, I would give them a score well below zero to reflect the level frustration with my initial experience at Corwin Honda. If the rating system allowed, I would give them a score well below zero to reflect the level of disappointment I feel. From the outset, this has been a deeply troubling ordeal. My interaction with Corwin Honda involved a protracted and consistently communicative process with my assigned salesperson, specifically regarding the purchase of a Toyota Tacoma. I meticulously completed every necessary step, including securing both car insurance and finalized financing arrangements. Recognizing that my bank required an overnight check delivery as the final procurement step, I maintained constant and thorough communication with my salesperson, repeatedly seeking confirmation that all preparations were complete and that they could hold the vehicle in question pending the check's arrival. My salesperson repeatedly assured me, even involving his manager in the confirmation process, that the vehicle would be reserved for me. To further substantiate the transaction's imminent completion, I even provided photographic evidence of the overnight check and its FedEx tracking label, as requested by the salesperson. Despite these assurances and my diligent efforts to follow all dealership procedures, this morning, I contacted my salesperson to confirm that everything was proceeding as planned, maintaining the consistent communication that characterized our entire engagement. He assured me he was off duty but that all arrangements were finalized and the truck would be ready for me. However, this evening, I received a call from him, delivering the utterly shocking news that the Toyota Tacoma I was in the process of purchasing had been sold to another customer. This deceptive and unethical business practice is completely unacceptable, especially considering that I was a first-time customer who had diligently provided all required documentation to unequivocally demonstrate my intent and ability to purchase the vehicle. I am absolutely appalled by this blatant disregard for my time, my money, and the integrity of the sales process. I intend to share this egregious experience across every available online platform, ensuring that the extent of Corwin Honda's unprofessional conduct is widely known. Further, I will be escalating this complaint to the highest levels of management to ensure accountability. As further irrefutable evidence of this dealership's misconduct, I have attached photographic documentation that clearly demonstrates that my lienholder information was entered into the Carfax report for the very Toyota Tacoma they sold to another customer after making assurances to me. In light of my experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise extreme caution and seriously reconsider doing business with this dealership. More
