I have purchased and leased numerous vehicles in my life, but this was by far the most pleasant and professional car experiences I have ever had. (This includes some at a dealership I used to work for!) Fro but this was by far the most pleasant and professional car experiences I have ever had. From Andre Moore who coordinated the pricing and delivery to Robert Turlington who went over the vehicle to Michael Schrayer and Joe Ensley every interaction was phenomenal. They have ensured that I will be a Ewing customer and will enthusiastically recommend your dealership for years to come. More

Everyone at this dealership was more than polite and helpful. Robert was very knowledgeable on our first visit when we were just looking. Upon my husband calling to see if they could find the color in helpful. Robert was very knowledgeable on our first visit when we were just looking. Upon my husband calling to see if they could find the color in the Yukon we wanted, Robert responded within the hour with a vehicle found. Andre and Robert were able to work some magic with numbers to get us in the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. And without all the haggling that everyone hates to deal with at a car dealership. The rest of the staff was amazing while we were there as well. Suzanne let our daughter visit with her while we were going through all the paperwork and gave her colors, coloring book, and stickers to play with while she waited. All of which helped pass the time. By far the best car buying experience my husband and I have had. More

I bought a GMC Terrain from Tony Thomas and couldn't be happier with my purchase! Tony worked with me and all of my concerns (financial & otherwise)ensuring that I got the vehicle that I not only wanted, happier with my purchase! Tony worked with me and all of my concerns (financial & otherwise)ensuring that I got the vehicle that I not only wanted, but that would fit my lifestyle and goals at a price I couldn't refuse. He was ever patient and genuinely understood my needs and wants. When I came to to take delivery of my new vehicle, Robert Turlington was extremely helpful and friendly while assisting me as Tony was with another customer. Tony had done such a good job of showing me how to use all the features, Robert's job was easy! Randy was very helpful with explaining what specifically the GM standard warranty covered and didn't cover as well as what the extended warranty did and did not cover. I was not interested however, in purchasing the extended warranty, but Randy continued to push it until I had to decline for the 5th time. While I can appreciate persistancy, 5 No's is too much. Really. More

I have dealt with Cadilac, Chevrolet dealers , but this was the first GMC dealer. It was the best of all the dealerships, bar none. Robert Turlington was the first person I talked to & It was the best car was the first GMC dealer. It was the best of all the dealerships, bar none. Robert Turlington was the first person I talked to & It was the best car buying experience I have ever had .I bought my first new car in 1965 so this was not my " first rodeo ". From the time we shook hands till the delivery of my GMC Terrain it was a truelly great experience.Robert went out of his way to get me every discount & savings that he could. There was no high pressure from any one in the dealer ship . I left the dealer ship feeling that I had gotten the best deal possible. I was introduced to my service rep , Jim and I know my car will well taken care of. Every one I had contact with was top knotch, and I will certainly recommend Ewing Buick to all my friends and family. Thanks again Robert and keep up the good work. More

This was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had on any car purchased in my life. The employees mentioned above dealt in a VERY honest, friendly and no funny business. There were several opp had on any car purchased in my life. The employees mentioned above dealt in a VERY honest, friendly and no funny business. There were several opportunities for them to overcharge me but they did not do it in any of the circumstance. It is difficult to find a sales organization that is willing to deal in such an honest fashion. The financial department DID NOT use any of the strong arm tactics that I have grown to expect with car dealerships. They made offers for other warranties but did push when I rejected them. They will be top on my list when I purchase my next car. More

I purchased a new 2011 Buick Lacrosse from Ewing. I worked mainly with Robert Turlington but also worked with Suzanne Koerwer on one visit when Robert was out of the office. I had been doing research and looking for about 6 months before my purchase. When I narrowed down my selection to a Lacrosse I emailed five area dealers requesting a quote. Ewing Buick was the first to respond. I set up an appointment to speak with Robert Turlington. I had been very specific about what I was looking for in my email to the five dealers. I knew from looking on Ewing's website that they did not have the car with the equipment I desired in stock. With the 2011 out of production, I knew I could not order it from the factory. I did know that two existed in the area in other dealer’s stock. One was a demo. Robert showed me what they had in stock. When I told him I really wanted a car with different options and color then what Ewing had in stock he suggested we go back to his office to see if he could locate one in the area. He found one at a dealership about 30 miles away and stated that it was a dealership that was easy to work with on doing dealer transfers. I told him that was the type of vehicle I was looking to purchase. I told him I wanted some time to think it over and there was no pressure from Robert to sign an agreement to purchase the car that day. I waited until the next afternoon to return to say I wanted to purchase the car. Robert was courteous, friendly and pleasant to work with during the entire process. Suzanne was easy and friendly to work with when I dropped by without an appointment to initiate the dealer transfer process. Suzanne called Robert, who was out delivering a vehicle to another of his customers, to ask if it was OK for her to assist me. Robert and Suzanne (along with another salesman named Randy) seem to work well with each other and help each other out to ensure customers are helped without having to make a return trip to the dealership. Ewing did the dealer transfer and had the car on their lot the next afternoon. The car did not have tinted windows, which was one of the items I wanted. Ewing had the tinting done before I took ownership of the vehicle. There was no heavy pressure during the financing process to purchase anything like extended warranties or such. Robert took time to explain the features of the Lacrosse to me. He also setup my Bluetooth phone connection with my cell phone. Suzanne even helped with removing the fingerprints from the window tinting process. There seems to be a very cooperative spirit within the sales group at Ewing Buick rather than a “cut-throat” attitude that seems to prevail at most dealerships amongst the sales staff. A nice added bonus is the Ewing Edge-added service agreements for free oil changes, car washes, and service assistance for the next THREE years. Overall, I would rate my experience at Ewing Buick as being very satisfying and recommend others to do business with Robert Turlington and Ewing Buick as well. More
