Thank you for getting back to me. We should have been told up front that a second key fob was not guaranteed. We were told they would contact the other store that had the vehicle originally and track it down and get it to us. I feel like they told us that so I would just go ahead and sign the paperwork to complete the deal. Again, they never mentioned once that a second key fob might not be available they made it seem like we would get it in the next few days once they got it back from the original store. Be upfront with us right away and let us know a second one might not be available instead of telling us they will track it down and still get it to me in the next few days after I sign all the paperwork. These key fobs are not cheap and we will need to have a second one made now. Please let me know what kind of resolution we might be able to come to regarding this issue.
