BUYER BEWARE!!! My wife and I purchased a M Benz CLK 550 from this dealership in late Dec....After 2 weeks of ownership the check engine light came on. Per my salesma My wife and I purchased a M Benz CLK 550 from this dealership in late Dec....After 2 weeks of ownership the check engine light came on. Per my salesman Robert, suggested that I bring the vehicle into the service dept. After speaking with the service manager (Ryan) instructed me to take the vehicle into my local M Benz dealership to address the problems which I did. After the vehicle was inspected by M. Benz of Ann Arbor (Michigan), I was informed that repairs would total $6,000.00. After a meeting with Robert and Cody it was suggested by Cody ( Sales Manager), that we trade the vehicle in which my wife didn't want to do. The following day I spoke with my salesperson Robert and asked if I or he could request some monetary assistance with the repairs. I attempted to contact Cody but my calls and or request for assistance went UNANSWERED...Sorry to say I would not buy a stick of gum let alone a car from this dealership, with this type of customer service....At the very least they could have offered to pay something towards the repairs....the car 2007 M. Benz had only 27,000 miles on it. The BG vehicle warranty did not cover the items which needed repairs. More

Robert found my Unicorn I knew exactly the vehicle I wanted. I had previously contacted 2 other dealers who made great promises and were unable to find one for me. Robert Guthrie was able to track down 3 that I know of. When his first target ran into a snag, he changed plans to deliver it from another source. He was able to provide the car for me before an out of state trip. After the sale, I found a minor cosmetic issue. When I spoke with him, he addressed the issue immediately to my satisfaction. Throughout the process, I found him warm, responsive and effective. He understands excellent customer service. More
