Appt 5/23/23 was very disappointing to brake inspection. Actual report ending to me was incomplete documentation. Brakes & rotors recommended but to not annotation the actual brake linings measured in MM or Actual report ending to me was incomplete documentation. On 6/5/23i had a recent second brake inspection elsewhere and documented as front pads at 10mm, rear pads at 6-7mm. I plan to make contact w/mgr at Roseville Niello Acura On 4/27/23 visit battery failed inspection was replaced. I had battery replaced 5/13/20.Per my file. It seems I should have not paid for battery on 4/27/23. I asked service advisor to research prior work order history for prior battery replacement and he stated he found nothing. Anna Hernandez More
